Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your registration up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email: anelotech@gmail.com.

Participant Replacement

If you are unable to attend the event, you can transfer your registration to another person up until the day of the event. Please send the new participant's details to the email address: anelotech@gmail.com.

No-show

Registrations for which there was no attendance and which were not previously cancelled are not eligible for a refund.

Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to participants immediately.

This event complies with the regulations of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
